St Mary’s, Chadwell (Test Page)

Chadwell has had a church since before 1066. The oldest parts of the current church building are Norman. Points of interest include the cherub on the north-west corner at the top of the tower; the holes for a scratch dial on the south side of the church and the grave of Kadzuo Yamazaki (with inscription in Japanese and English) in the churchyard.
